Returns & Exchanges

In order to meet the particular standard of quality and fulfill your expectation, all of the products have gone through a tight quality control system to ensure only the very best products arrive at your doorstep.

Due to quality control and sanitary reasons,

All purchased products cannot be exchange or returned.

Special Case

We treasure your opinion as our valued customers. If an item received is considered as faulty and was received obviously damaged, please notify us within 4 days upon receiving and we can replace the products with no charge.

However, if the complaint is seen as a minor variation among the products, we will not be able to offer product exchange.

It is very common for the products to have a slight deviation due to the nature of the manufacturing processes.

The shipping cost for the product exchange is the customer’ responsibility.

We will not provide any reimbursement of your shipping cost. Some products can only be exchanged for special cases with acceptable reasons, subject to availability.

The product exchange status can be called off after evaluation of the company. We are not able to give cash or store credit refund for your exchanged products.

Terms & Condition:

The shipping cost for the product exchange is the customer’ responsibility. We will not provide any reimbursement of your shipping cost.

All products must be returned in their original packaging and have not been worn, washed, ironed, adjusted, dirtied with the original label tags still attached – in the state you received them.

We prefer that returned orders are returned through JNE to ensure they are traceable. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.

Returns, exchanges and replacements are only applicable for orders shipped to Indonesia within 3 working days of arrival date.

At this time, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or replacements for international orders.

Returns and exchanges are only applicable and allowed ONCE per order.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping Information

We will determine the most efficient shipping options for your order. For deliveries within Indonesia, all orders will be shipped through JNE service (www.jne.co.id).

All orders will be shipped on working days only, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Any orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed the following week.

Shipping cost may vary, depending on the service preferred and the shipping destination. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct and complete shipping information.

Free Shipping

HARU offers free standard delivery on local Indonesia orders above IDR 1.000.000,- Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Tracking Number

Tracking number will be directly send to your registered email within 24 hours after shipment is made. All orders are fully traceable on JNE official website (www.jne.co.id) or simply call JNE Customer Service at (021) 2927 8888.

Terms & Condition

All orders will be shipped after full payment is received and confirmed. Please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your orders.

We are not responsible in the risk of loss of the orders after the delivery has been confirmed to your shipping address. The delayed of shipping time due to an incomplete address or recipient unavailability at the destination is not under our responsibility.

International orders may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties.

We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.
