The shipping cost for the product exchange is the customer’ responsibility. We will not provide any reimbursement of your shipping cost.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and have not been worn, washed, ironed, adjusted, dirtied with the original label tags still attached – in the state you received them.
We prefer that returned orders are returned through JNE to ensure they are traceable. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
Returns, exchanges and replacements are only applicable for orders shipped to Indonesia within 3 working days of arrival date.
At this time, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or replacements for international orders.
Returns and exchanges are only applicable and allowed ONCE per order.
